1. Q - DO YOU PROVIDE DROPSHIPPING SERVICES?
A - www.IceCanadaInc.com does NOT provide dropship service for "ONE" piece. However, we can ship to your customers on your behalf wholesale according to MOQ - as per website listing - 10 pcs / 20 pcs / etc...
However, if you pay with PayPal or Credit Card, for security reasons we can only ship to the address of the registered card owner. If you still want us to ship anywhere in the world (especially when you want to take advantage of products with FREE SHIPPING worldwide) we can do so providing you pay for the order either via Wire Transfer or Western Union.

11. Q - I have a complaint. What can I do about it?
A - Please send us an email with your order #, the product code # as per your order along with detailed pictures of the product you have received and are unsatisfied with.
B - Also, please include a detailed explanation of your complaint for us to investigate accordingly.
After we receive:

B - detailed email with your complaint
We will investigate your complaint and respond to you accordingly.

13. Q - Do you ship to ____________?
A - All products with product code # ending with letters ...-DD, dd or kk in lots of 10 or 20 pcs - as posted in our web site - FREE SHIPPING - anywhere in the world is provided to you.
Any other products in lots of 25, 30, 50 pcs - please read description under the picture - if SHIPPING is Included to your destination. In some cases it may be some extra charge.

14. Q - I would like a copy of your catalogue, can one be sent to me?
A - No. Our web site catalogue is the only catalogue available. Due to the fact we are an off-price, surplus trading company - there is NO PRINTED catalogue available.
Products arrive almost daily and are sold sometimes right away. It is impossible to print a catalogue.

A - You do not need to have a business # / business name or license to order from us. You can order on your name , delivered to your home address.

A - Products are shipped from the place of origin with the exception of products with product code # ending in "JW" or "WH". Therefore, all customers (including Canadian customers) are responsible for ALL duties and taxes for their respective countries. The amount you pay for your order is only for the product and shipping as indicated by "Shipping Included" in the product description. You have NOT PAID FOR DUTIES & TAXES OF YOUR RESPECTIVE COUNTRY. 21. Q - How can I get a DISCOUNT ?
A - Volume discounts apply as follows:
* On orders of $1,000.00 USD and up - your account will be credited 5% of a total value of your order ( for Canadian customers before GST ) - which you can use in your next order placed with ICE Canada Inc. within 90 days of the date of your original order.
* On orders of $3,000.00 and up your account will be credited 10% of a total value of your order ( for Canadian customers before GST ) - which you can use in your next order placed with ICE Canada Inc. within 90 days of the date of your original order.
NOTE: - Please notify us via e-mail when you want to use your credit, so we can adjust the amount of your new order accordingly before you pay.
* In case you qualify for volume discount and you want to use it in your CURRENT ORDER -

22.Q - Can I CANCEL my order?
A - NO.
As per our Terms and Conditions - There is absolutely NO CANCELLATION for order(s) that were already placed and paid for - regardless if tracking number was already advised or not.
Once the order is placed and paid for - merchandises are automatically taken out of our inventory and considered Sold Out to the customer.
On top of that - after order placed and paid for, our system automatically process products of the order to different warehouses of www.icecanadainc.com world-wide for shipping to customer's destination as per order instruction.
Therefore we are sorry, but we CAN NOT CANCEL the order(s) or STOP shipment(s) already in progress.

23. Q - How long will it take to ship my order?
A - We ship within a week or less. Once your order has shipped we will notify you of the name of the courier service provider and tracking # of your order. Please Note: Products with product code ending in "JW", "AS ", "KN", "CV" can take up to 15 business days to ship. However please check Product Page where in description you will find ESTIMATED time of delivery.

25. Q - Will I have problems selling your products?
A - All products are Factory Overruns of original orders.
However, as we state in our website (please read Terms & Conditions) we do not provide Trade Mark Papers. Only the Brand Name Co. distribution channels can provide these papers. So we strongly reccomend to buy direct from Brand Name Co. official distribution channels and by doing so you can be 100% sure of quality / authenticity of any product PLUS you will get their license to sell their products in your establishment.

26. Q - What does MOQ means ?
A - "MOQ" stands for "Minimum Order Quantity". This is the lowest number of pieces / per product that you must order. However that DOES NOT mean what we have available in stock. This is the VERY MINIMUM you must order, but you always can order more than one package - in multiples of MOQ. For example if MOQ is 10 pcs per product - you can order 10 pcs or 20 pcs or 30 pcs ..... 200 pcs.
