	1.How to find product(s) To find product(s) you're looking for you may: 1 - Browse by Category / Subcategory  or  by  Brand  - located on the left side of every page. 2 - Type a " keyword" in the SEARCH Box - located on the very top of every page - just under ICE   Canada Logo - and click " GO".  To VIEW details - click on the picture of the product(s) you are interested and Product Page will appear.
	2.How to place an order. 1  -   Our Shopping Cart program makes ordering simple and hassle free.   When you are on PRODUCT PAGE - please check all  pictures and read detailed description of the product.    At the bottom of the page - next to Unit Price - you will find Shipping Details  /  Minimum Order Quantity  and Shopping  Cart. Make sure you order according to Minimum Order Requirements - otherwise your order will not be processed.   You can order multiples of Minimum Order but not less. Click on Shopping Cart      -  if you are a New Customer - you will be prompted to CREATE a New Account      -  if you are a Returning Customer - submit  your e-mail address and your password Now - you will be able to complete your order or continue shopping.    When you finish with product selection - please "click"  CHECKOUT. If Shipping Address is the same as Billing Address - just " click " on highlighted box.      If shipping address is different than billing address - please fill all information required. Please Note - we DO NOT deliver to  P.O. Boxes. " Click " CHECKOUT again and select  PAYMENT METHOD.     Internet Secure ( Credit cards ) - /PayPal /   Bank Draft - Chashier Cheque / Money Order - Certified Cheque / Wire Transfer    or  Western Union . Once the order is placed, a confirmation and order # will be sent to the e-mail address you provided.
	3.Extra Shipping Cost In cases where shipping is not included to your destination, please contact us via email at info@icecanadainc.com for assistance.  Please indicate your order number when contacting us. Your payment options will be limited due to the fact that shipping costs must be calculated.  You will be advised of the shipping costs and will be able to change your method of payment once shipping costs are added to your order.
	4.How to Pay Method of Payment accepted and Shipping Policy According to Your Payment Method. Please Note:  Orders paid by credit card can only be shipped to the REGISTERED CARD HOLDER'S name and address.  We are unable to ship to any other name or address.   If you wish to ship anywhere in the world without any stipulation - MAKE SURE you make your payment via Wire Transfer or Western Union.  With Credit Card payment we will only ship to the REGISTERED CARD HOLDER'S name and address. - When you choose Credit Card -and  "click" CHECKOUT   - you will be directly transfered to .....   You will need Cardholder Name   /   address to which credit card statement is mailed   /  Card Number   /   Expiry Date  ( mm/ yy )    /  CVN  - Credit Card Verification Number. For Visa, MasterCard, and Discovery cards, the card code is a separate 3 digit number located on the back of your card on or above your signature line. For an American Express card, it is a separate 4 digit number on the FRONT above the end of your card number.  Credit Cards may not be used for Volume Discount orders. --  When you choose Wire Transfer as a method of payment and  "click " CHECKOUT - please PRINT information that will be shown on the screen. All information needed to to make wire transfer is included .   -  When you choose Western Union as a method of payment and "click" CHECKOUT - on the screen you will see a message - please contact us for instructions. WE will e-mail to you information needed to make your payment by Western Union.    All orders are PRE-PAID.    We do not accept COD orders.
