Cancel / Refund / Exchange / Return Policy

NO CANCELLATION - NO REFUNDS - NO RETURNS - NO EXCHANGE.

However, in case of major damages to any or all product (s) of your order or mistakes with the product shipped

* You MUST inform us within 72 hours (3 days) about the problem via email.

* You MUST include: your order # / product code # / detailed description and PICTURES of damaged goods.

After we receive your complaint we will investigate accordingly.

After completion of our investigation - if the problem is legitimate and we approve your complaint - we will inform you in writing via email with findings of our investigation.

In case of approved complaint an AUTHORIZED RETURN NUMBER will be issued for EXCHANGE ONLY.

In case we decide in your favor and you receive ARN ( Authorized Return Number ) for the product (s) EXCHANGE ONLY, then you must return authorized products (s) of your order to SENDER - to the exact address where the shipment of your order originated at your cost.

CANCELLATION - NO CANCELLATIONS for order(s) that were already placed and paid for. RETURNS - NO RETURNS for products purchased.
