For major defects - please send us detailed e-mail with description and detailed pictures of damaged merchandise - and we will make sure you are credited for damaged products - in your next order - providing you have sent us proof of the damages.  In cases where the package received appears to have been tampered with, you MUST also contact the courier service provider and file a claim with them.  They are solely responsible for damages and / or missing items.  Once a claim is filed, a copy must be sent via email to info@icecanadainc.com.  Your complaint will then be investigated with the shipper.  This is the only way to cover losses for the above matter.  Please be aware that the manufacturer is not responsible for damages / shortages - this is the responsibility of the SHIPPING COMPANY.

We buy “Stock Lots”. In any Stock Lot we found assorted styles, colors and not equally distributed sizes of any product. It depends of what is available and  included in the offer. Therefore it is impossible for us to post every single style / color of each product. That is the reason we post products with description ASSORTED. Meaning – when you receive your order:

 A – STYLES may be varied– not every product might be as per picture posted in our website, even though it will be extremely close.

 B – COLORS – all colors showing or posted in our website may not be included. All depends on availability of the product at the time of your order.

Delivery Policy

After your payment has cleared and received and your order is verified and agreed upon - in most cases we ship within 72 hours to less than a week. We ship anywhere in the world where all major courier companies like: DHL / TNT / FedEx / UPS / EMS / Post Office / other - service. Delivery is estimated 10-15 business days after payment received and your order verified.All products of your order are shipped to your door directly from the place of origin unless a FOB place is indicated or Shipping Not Included on the products you ordered.As soon as your order is  shipped we will post in "YOUR ACCOUNT" -  information re: Courier Service Provider and Tracking # of your package(s). Refund / Exchange / Return Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL – due to the nature of the “ Surplus” business.

However – if you have a major problem with your  received order  you have 72 hours to inform us about  the problem. You must send us detailed picture(s) and e-mail with detailed description of the problem – for us to investigate. After our investigation - if the problem is legitimate – your account will be credited  partially – according to our investigation. If for what ever reasons – you have to return the product after a dispute – PLEASE NOTE – re-stocking fees are 25% of the price you’ve paid plus all shipping cost back to senders address – it is your responsibility.

Guaranties 

1 – We guarantee shipment of your order - including tracking number and courier service provider.
